How does the product work?

Our “Lumie” is a sticker with illumination. After removing the protective tape you can stick the product on your phone, laptop, dinking cup, piece of furniture or any other place and activate the light anytime.

How long does the light stay-on?

Typically 500-1000 touches.

Do I have to charge the stickers?

No, they are self-powered.

What does Lumiverse sell ?

Lumiverse is selling premium stickers enhanced by paper-thin illumination effects, that make the products unique and adds an expressive twist.

Can I order custom designs?

Yes. If you want to order a custom design, please reach out to [email protected].

Can I order larger quantities?

Yes. If you want to order 100 stickers or more, please reach out to [email protected].

What forms of payment are accepted?

We are accepting payment via Stripe (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) and PayPal. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.

Are my payments secure?

We confirm that payment on our website is secure and encrypted.

Do I have to pay customs?

If the Customer is located outside of the territory of the European Union the Customer is responsible for paying sales tax (as applicable within each jurisdiction). Lumiverse will not be held responsible for any such sale tax. If the customer is located within the European Union sales tax is included within that price of the Product.

How do I check the status of myorder?

After sending your order to fulfillment we will send you the tracking number of your order.

How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?

The typical delivery time is 5-7 days, however for destinations outside of the European Union the delivery may extend to 1-2 weeks.

What is the shipping return policy?

You may return a Lumiverse product within 14 calendar days of delivery and you will receive refund of 100% of the value of the ordered products. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and has not been used. The product needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided on the contact page. After receiving the package the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. Also, our return policy is not applied to custom products (custom prints are non-refundable).
